I have been keto for 6 months. In the past I ran marathons fueled by carbs/sugar. I recently started to exercise and do short runs and feel terrible during them and end up violently vomiting after. I feel like I should be fat adapted at this point. Should I try increasing salt intake before? I always drink electrolytes, so I don’t think that is the issue. It has been really awful. I love to run, but throwing up after for an hour is worrying me.

Yikes that sounds awful!
I have no good suggestions but I just wanted to wish you luck. Someone on here will probably have some advice!

Many Keto runners go out early mornings fasted (+black coffee). My last meal will have been at midday the day before as I do IF also.
Maybe that will give you some ideas?
