My doctor had placed me on omega3 2x’s a day, D 4000, daily vitamin, and B-12 daily I was wondering if anyone takes vitamins and which ones. Also should I ask to lower some of these?

I take a whole food women’s daily multi, Co-Q10, magnesium, and a B-complex.

I’m sure what you are taking is fine. All of those specific supplements are important for different reasons.
