Vitamin

Do you all take daily vitamins? If so which do you like. Ones that don’t make you nauseous.

My belief is that if my food doesn’t supply what I need, I should eat better. I find it hard to believe that eating whole foods doesn’t provide all the nutrition we need. Not only that, but it is my understanding that most micronutrients are more bio-available as they occur naturally in foods than they are when taken in pill form, or when (re-)added to a nutrient-deficient processed food.

I do not take any vitamins. I’ve never felt better since eating real food.

I do take some vitamins/supplements. I also eat real foods. I sometimes take a multi and usually take a Vit d3, magnesium, K3, and B-complex.

Perfect! I don’t take them either but I came across an article about hair loss and keto. I eat a lot of avocado and that supplies biotin.

Any major diet change can mess with your hair. Most people find that their hair eventually starts growing in thicker. Now, if only I could get mine to grow in blond . . . :grin:
