Yes my serum total 25-hydroxy vitamin D was 303nmol/L and the NHS max normal is 150nmol/L

Interesting. I remember years ago there were cases in the literature of incompetent supplement companies placing 200,000iu+ per pill instead of 2000iu. I was one of these victims of vitamin D toxicity… Basically metallic taste and general feeling of vomiting my guts out.

This could still be happening.

Now I only take a lichen based Vitamin D3 in the winter because they verify dosage per pill.
