Vitamin D and Magnesium

#1

I came across this video and did a search on magnesium and vitamin D. It was about the body not absorbing magnesium properly if you take large doses of vitamin D. Thoughts?

K2 supplement, with D3.

Look into solubility. Is it lipohyllic? Half life etc.

Then you’ll know when to drop what.

Best way to absorb magnesium is through the skin, either a topical spray or an Epsom salts bath. The latter with a couple of cups in the water and a soak for at least 20 minutes. This will also circumvent any interference of vit D through the gut

I was going to suggest snorting it (JOKING!), but it only happened to me once…and I didn’t inhale.

No idea how that stain landed on that dress either. So I flew away in someone’s private plane.

Those who know will see the humour in this. Others will think it’s random!

But joking aside, I think the jury is still out over supplements; even though I spend a small fortune on them.

I take a vitamin D 5000 iu/ K2 Mk7 combo in the morning with breakfast and 200 mg magnesium glycinate at bedtime.
