I’d like to eat closer to zero carb. So what do you eat most days?

Lately, I’ve been skipping breakfast and just having coffee with hwc. If I’m at work, I don’t eat lunch. If I’m home, I’ll snack on dark chocolate and peanut butter. Dinner can vary. I try to incorporate meat, fat, and some veggies.

It varies, but my go-to is a burger or steak with eggs for my first meal and cottage cheese with some liverwurst for a second “meal” if I am hungry.
I eat canned salmon with sour cream, baked chicken wings, and pickled eggs for variety. Sometimes lamb. All beef hotdogs, too.
When we rarely eat out, I usually get seafood.
I drink black tea with heavy cream in the morning.
