Very bad experience today

#1

Most times when I eat, I get hot. It’s usually my head and cheeks that feel the heat.
Yesterday at around 2.30pm, I got hot and nauseas just walking around the garden and collecting my mail.

Today, I went to the bathroom, sat on the loo, and extreme heat and nausea happened. I grabbed the bathroom bin not wanting to get off the loo. I woke up on the bathroom floor with a damaged knee, and lying in a pool of vomit. When I say I was hot, I have NEVER experienced heat like that. Clearly I blacked out, and the bathroom bin crushed under me saved me from worse injury on the hard tile bathroom floor!

Go to a doctor. Sounds like heat stroke. Get to a cool place and hydrate. Call a friend to be with you and see a doc.

Now.

You need to be assessed by a doctor immediately. Do not drive yourself but call an ambulance or have someone take you.

Sounds like a few things going on.
A common vasovagal reaction is when people pass out on the toilet.

The safest option is to seek medical attention.

Go to the ER NOW!!! Please, your life could be in danger.

What they said. I hope things get back to normal for you soon. You’ve had a stressful time lately even if it might not seem so … all that bad weather and all.

Wishbone, I hope you’ve gotten things resolved by now. If it’s not too personal, let us know what happened. It’s kinda like a mystery and we’re all in suspense.

Wishing you good health!

DEHYDRATION!!!

I drink 8 bottles of water a day!

Hyponatremia ?

#11

More electrolytes! You won’t retain the water without them.

Good to hear you’re OK !

Consult a doctor…and get well soon.
