Vegetable glycerine

(Ron D. Garrett) #1

Bought some fish oil today. Didn’t have my glasses with me at the store so I didn’t see that it had vegetable glycerine and mixed natural tocopherols in it.

I looked them up but couldn’t figure out if they are incompatible with keto.

Since I’m at work AND lazy I thought I’d throw it out to the community for an answer and also so that if anyone else has this question that it would be answered :joy:

Expensive pee. You’ll get more nutrition from real food, real liver.

Edit: they are not incompatible with keto. You may receive a benefit but the rule of thumb with supplements (ought to be) what deficiency are you trying to correct, and is there a better, real-food, alternative you would be willing to try instead?

Thanks. Would rather supplement with real fish but I don’t always eat it so I supplement omega 3’s.

I am one of those people also who routinely tell others to eat “real food” :joy: but as I said I was really just being lazy and didn’t have the time to properly research it since I’m at work but I knew that folk like you in the community would help a brotha out :joy:. Thanks bro!!
