It is possible to eat very high carb and very low fat and be “insulin sensitive”. I’m not sure if that’s what he’s saying, as I didn’t view it.

I ate a “Pritikin” diet for a long time, which is very high carb, very low fat. The problem is that it’s really hard to do, harder then keto. And pretty tasteless. Desserts are things like rice cakes. You might be able to eat non-fat yogurt, but the rest of dairy is bad when it’s low fat. There are very few meats you can eat. And add in any amount of fat, and you no longer get the benefits. Getting enough protein can be tough, and I think (looking back) I was protein deficient.

The amont of sugar is frightening … but I assume it’s a temp experiment? Maybe not! he does seem to like it. Can’t see his teeth liking it much.
