Vacation packing

I am heading to the beach for a few days tomorrow, and plan on staying fully keto while there! We are staying in a house with a full kitchen, and I am bringing these things with me:
French press
Blender
Stevia
Almond butter
Coconut oil
Water bottle
Himalayan salt

We will go to the grocery store and get our perishables for meals. Any other gadgets/tips/ food items you’d recommend to stay successful?!

Good jerky and nuts are always great to have around as a snack in a pinch.

Also, I learned to sail at Lake Lanier Sailing Club many years ago. Beautiful part of the country. Have fun at the beach!

Good cheese.

Some of my students go up there quite a bit for fishing tournaments. It is quite beautiful.

a small electric mixer to make oopsie bread

I would bring more seasoning, olive oil, and my coffee travel mug (you never know what puny little coffee cups will be provided :grinning:).

I just returned from a place that was pretty well stocked but I did miss my stick blender for blending in coconut oil to my coffee and making mayo I could eat. The blender at the rental was just not powerful enough to do either job. I tried and the result ended up in a crockpot with pork loins, it became the sauce with the addition of some white wine. Yummy dish, but I still missed my mayo on my salads.
