UTI (e-coli) related to Keto?

I have a persistent UTI from e-coli. Antibiotics are not working. My wife is wondering if there is any connection to Keto?

have you have a culture and sensitivity yet? side note: i have had a UTI slightly before I started keto about 6 months ago, and had another in the last month or two. I dont think it is related to diet. FWIW the supposed trick behind cranberry juice is that is makes your urine more acidic, and keto also (usually) makes your urine more acidic. But thats not science, just a comment.

Yes, Dr has been doing sensitivity cultures. He said they all come back as environmental e-coli, sensitive to antibiotics. He’s says he’s stumped.

it should list specific antibiotics, like, “resistant to bactrim, but sensitive to ceftriaxone” or such. Its usually a long list of antibiotics with a yes/no next to each of them
