Thanks so much. Honestly, I started because I felt like my boyfriend would treat me better if i lost weight. And when the scale started going down I couldn’t believe it !!! And then I was addicted to it. And I just stuck with it and when I would stall I would find ways to break a stall and I still can’t believe it. It feels unreal. I still feel over weight a lot of the time. I think my body transformed much faster than my mind can process. I eat OMAD now. And my meal consists of meat and veggies and of course healthy fats lol

It is possible!!! I didn’t think it was possible either !!! But it is. I still catch myself going to the plus size sections at stores. And when I see a size small and hold it up…I’m like there’s no way that’s going to fit me and I freak out but when I try it on it fits and it fits well. I remember before losing weigh even some 2x didn’t fit me well. So anyways just stay focused and stay on track and you will get there. Never give up :slight_smile:

This is so impressive! I am curious how you have willpower when you are preparing food for your kids or boyfriend? That is the hardest part for me making breakfast carbs that I wish I could eat cutting up fruit etc. of course their snacks are the worst for me. I feel like I’m constantly fighting back the urge to eat and binge this is definitely not one of those diets you can cheat on. You have amazing willpower. You should try and work with other people and inspire them to do what you have done. It could be a career path.

As thanks so much. I’ve actually started helping others on my Facebook but I do it for free. I made meal plans of what I eat and answer any questions they have. I like seeing others succeed and I want everyone to know that they can do it if I can!!! And to answer your question about fixing food for others. I get tempted sometimes but if I Feel like I MUST have some I will allow myself one bite of it or one small piece of soemthing. But I only do this if the cravings are really bad I know i can stop at one bite. So for me, with sweets…my weakness. I don’t sneak a bite because I know I’ll want more. With French fries or fruit or chips. I will occasionally have 2 or 3 chips. Or 1 piece of fruit. Or 3 French fries just to taste it lol and then I eat my meals.

I’m a former binge eater. So I get it! I still have binges some days where I binge on low carb food and then feel bad about it. But that normally happens like a week before my period when my hormones go crazy.

I agree sweets are my downfall once I have a bite or too I start eating all the cake and I just can’t stop then I’m looking around the house for all kinds of other carbs and I get into the I’ll start over tomorrow mentality So I need to not even take the first bite. I am definitely jealous of people who can take just one or two bites of anything. I got through Halloween though I had 20 kids at my house all trading candy on the floor with hundreds and hundreds of pieces. I didn’t even let myself have one bite.

I’m so happy for you!you look wonderful.i have lost 90 pounds in about a year but the past 5 -6 mos. nothing.i haven’t really lost too many more inches either. I guess my question is how long did it take you to look like this? I too was a size 2x but stil wear a size 18 jeans and xl tops.that is discouraging for me. How can I have lost that much weight but only down 2-3 sizes

These pics are 8 months apart:) I guess it all depends on where you lose weight. My first 30lbs down I didn’t notice a change in my clothing sizes. It wasn’t until 50lb Mark that I realized my clothes were too big. You’ll get there :slight_smile:

Yeah I try not to take just one bit of sweet things because that’s too hard. I can have stuff like fries or chips or fruit though :slight_smile: but I don’t do it often or maybe a habit of it
