Update... Back on track and really happy so I wanted to share

So ive ditched the idea of protien shakes of any sort, and eat more protien. I embraced eating 3 times a day and no snacks except chicken broth and maybe a hot cocoa if i really think i am missing out, keto of course. I reduced my fat intake since im not a beginner anymore. I added a probiotic 2x a day. I stopped eating cheese (its been about a week now). I added back in live culture greek yougurt plain and some berries. Oh and added nutritional yeast flakes, removed flax seed, added liquid vitamin b 12, stayed away from low carb wraps or any grains at all, reduced kale and spinach to 1 handful or less in with other greens. Not sure how long its been 2-3 weeks now

The result , watery stools have becomed formed 2 days now, bloating and pain subsided, belching has stopped, hunger is reduced to 2 mad on its own. I did my first 28 hour fast because i was not hungry at all. I broke it with a salad and meat because i read on the benefit and non benefit of fasting vs eating and got confused as to what was best. That was this monday. I ate regular yesterday and had a nother normal bowel movement.

I was decinging to eat regular for the next couple days, but breakfast wasnt until 10 bc i,wasnt hungry yet.

So im happy to say im back to a good pace. My body isnt going all crazy haywire anymore and im looking forward to the future. I did get help from the kind folks here who took the time to help me think and share links etc to information. So wanted so say thank you.

I will just keep trudging forward and stop messing with my foods based on what i hear is popular on fb =)

Happy to hear this!! Sounds like things are looking up for you, and that you are figuring out what works for you personally!! Kudos to you for persevering, and I look forward to hearing more updates on your journey!!!
