Up and then down

I have a question about energy level. This past weekend I felt like I was supercharged and had been given high octane gas. I kept doing stuff around the yard and house and never ran out of energy.

I got my monthly visitor on Monday and haven’t had as much energy since then. It kind of comes and goes a bit. Right now I’m yawning and feeling like I could lay my head down on my desk. Is this normal? Will my energy surge come back? I miss it already.

Try having some salt. It often helps me when I slump.

Well, I started Sunday, March 4, but then stumbled on the 10th and 11th. Have been back on and no cheats or problems since then.

You’re most likely not fully fat-adapted yet. Try to stay strict for at 90 days minimum. No sweeteners of any kind as that can get in the way of your progress to adaption.
