So i normally if and have been keto since Jan with a brief hiatus… but in general pretty good!
I also offshore fish alot… no seasickness ever… first time this season I went out Friday and didnt eat breakfast as normal. By 9 am I was super queasy like what I imagine sea sick must be… tried to ride it out but felt bad until i ate around 930 or 10. Within 30 minutes i was back to normal.
We went back out Saturday and i ate as a precaution in the morning. No issues.
Hubbys theory is that my gut juices sloshed around on an empty stomach and aggrevated my stomach…
Anyone had anything similar? I wasn’t dehydrated… only thing i can think was the food…
Regardless of seasickness… got my first mahi Friday!!
