Two months Of IF 20/4

Hi,
New to this Forum. May be some one can give me some advice please.
I have been doing the 20/4 IF for the last 2 months and started circuit training 3 times a week 1 month ago.
but have not lost any weight now for the last two weeks.
My weight started at 106 kg / 16.7 stone and i am now down to 99.7 kg / 15.7 stone
has any body got any ideas.

Probably not enough info there to say for sure. What are your macros like?

It’s possible that with your circuit training, you’re replacing fat mass with muscle mass. That can cause the scale not to move, but still means you’re getting healthier.

It’s also possible that after losing some initial weight that your body is trying to defend your current weight level and it will just take time.

Hi ,

No i have’t been on a Keto diet.

I tend to eat some fish and salad at about 4.30 pm and then at about 7 pm have maybe a steak and a jacket potatoe.

I am training at least 3 times a week so maybe it is muscle mass ?

I don’t know any one else doing I F so really just trying to pick up tips along the way.

Sorry for the delay in responding.

I think you could be right regarding the muscle mass.

I am usualy having fish and salad at about 4.30 pm and then a steak and a baked potatoe about 7 pm so hopfully i’m on the right track with my eating window ?

I don’t know any one else on the IF so am just really tring to pick up tips along the way.
