I like your art work Lisa.
Painting is a good way to distract yourself from all sorts of things, including hunger.
Just make sure that if it is real hunger, as in not just body saying that it usually gets fed about now or it wants a snack but real persistent hunger, that you don’t ignore it but do eat a proper meal.

The paintings awesome! By why are you fighting hunger like that? Why are you hungry to to the point you’re ignoring it?

I’m a stress eater …I’m trying to avoid eating like I did yesterday.i just started a new part time job n I havent found a way to eat when im out working or drinking my water
So I was soooooo stupid n tired n ate pizza …im so disappointed in myself
But today im doing keto coffee…I’ve ate my 16 cashews got my water n got to get my lame a** back in the keto game.
I know im sabotaging myself too probably out of fear of unknown…as I’ve never been thinner or confident im scared of potential attention from guys etc sad I know being 50 n feeling this way.
I can’t afford to drop 60 on a keto protein powder to help me thru the day…esp when I’ have a teen n need gas for work

So my moms been almost stressing me to point I almost stuffed my face with cake but I didnt …but I actually argued in my head…ya its pathetic but my brain n me were fighting.
I painted the background yesterday did trees today
I’m so grrrrrrrr
