I hit a bit of a Weightloss stall. Definitely had some carb creep since Halloween. Nothing crazy but letting in a few carby BLTs which I had previously banned.
I typically skip breakfast weekdays but I think I want to try some longer fasts. Maybe 3 alternating days of OMAD. Today I did about 20 hours and I felt pretty good about it. I’ve only gone 20+ a hand full of times this year and I’m usually a lot more anxious around the 16-18 hour mark. I felt more calm about not eating and when I did eat I didn’t feel as inclined to attack my meal.
Hoping practice will make it easier!

Good luck. Keep working at it. I went from IF 18/6 to occasional OMAD and it has been good. It is getting easier and I just feel better most OMAD days. I hope the best for you.
