I did a 72 hour fast, water only, Thursday afternoon through Sunday evening. The entire weekend the smell of other peoples food completely grossed me out. Now that I started eating again I have a hard time eating. Yesterday I managed to get 1200 calories in, but today I have barely hit 600. I know I have plenty of fat stores to be burning during my fasting hours of the day (intermittent fasting 20:4) and I am well hydrated.
What is everyon else’s experience?
