hmmm. I think fasting - and maybe any metabolic changes - can result in changes to various satiety pathways - ghrelin, leptin - but my guess is that it will even out, and the only worry would be if you don’t have the fat stores to keep fasting. Other than the change in appetite, how are you feeling?
My first fast did this to me, I agree with Madeline. It’s like my body was rejecting the food. I felt full after very little food. It will even out. Try making your favorite keto meals, eating smaller, and more frequent meals.
OH great I am ending my 5 day fast tomorrow…I sure hope I don’t feel this way! But I want too break it tomorrow because I need some sleep. I have not been sleeping real well.

because when I eat after a 3 day fast I feel like everything sticks in my throat
I made some of that and it smells really good in the jar but it tastes yucky…maybe it is just me… I did put some in a venison meatloaf and it was very good.
I think next time I make it I will have to follow the dudes recipe.
