When you start keto and your body is burning its glycogen storage in your muscles due to the lack of glucose and your not keto adapted, where is your dietary fat going? To storage?

As far as I know, if your insulin is high (resistant) it will be stored and you will crave sugar. If your metabolism is more flexible, you will burn some of it for energy and over time you will do that more efficiently (fat adaptation).
