It’s my 54th birthday today.
I did a progression at the gym this morning, then beat my personal best and lifted 800 pounds on the free weight leg press. FULL LIFTS. 10 of them.
KETO has made my body amazingly strong.
I still have not reached a limit.

The gym is going to run out of free weights pretty soon. Next we’ll see grown men perched on the leg press to add weight 





on the plate!
