So I know it’s not everyone’s favorite topic, but I have no shame. Since starting Keto on 6/6/17 I have managed to get rid of around 11 lbs, but my cycle is off. Meaning I go a lot less often. Any one experience this? Any suggestions? I do take fiber on days I have low natural intake.

I go a lot less often and I think it’s great. There’s a lot more to life than sittin’ on the pot. I take no fiber – no need AFAICT.
Same here, reduced a lot but it’s awesome I think! I only eat about 1 to 2 times a day so I have much less in my body and everything is way more nutrient dense so my body isn’t just passing through a bunch of bread, sugars, starches unused because there is nothing to use.
It’s been reported that any change of diet can cause constipation for a few weeks, it’s not necessarily the lack of fibre or Keto per se. Once your body adapts, you’ll go every couple of days like most of us as there is simply not the waste there like it used to be.
Even those in zero carb diets are ok without any fibre.
Once I realised that, I just managed my symptoms till my body adapted and I’ve been fine since.

I was quite normal for the first 6 weeks. Then started shifting to a every 2-3 days number. Was concerned at first, but I’ve had no issues with it since and no constipation.
I have quit worrying about it. The gut is highly adaptable based on what you put into it. I may go 3 days without, but when I go it is nice and soft. Another benefit of keto and for me if.
