Took a break from Swerve & Stevia and now having trouble tolerating it

I gave up all sweetners for lent, so since Feb 14. This week I started making Easter candy with Swerve and Stevia and I’m finding my stomach/ digestive system is NOT happy about it. Maybe I had too much too soon but I hope I will be able to tolerate it a little better because I do enjoy having treats. I will say it has unleashed my sweet tooth which I’m not sure is a good thing. Has anybody seen similar results?

From my experiences, swerve and stevia are the most friendly when it comes to digestion and stomach issues. But I suppose everyone tolerates things differently.

Eating sweet things always just makes me want more sweet things, and I can eat more than my hunger dictates, so I don’t eat sweet things no more…I don’t miss the sweet anymore though.

My completely assailable opinion is a person should not to eat things which consistently upset their digestion.
