Too much fat/protein?

On my keto app it is saying that I am taking in too much protein and fat. My percentages are on point 65-70% fat 20-30% and carbs 5% or fewer. Should I worry about it?

For me, the primary goal is to keep carbs low. The secondary goal is to make sure I get enough protein. After that, calories and fat are just a matter of how much fuel I need. Ideally, hunger will tell me that. From that perspective, percentages are meaningless.

I’m sure different apps will give different numbers, depending on their assumptions and their inputs.

I wouldn’t worry. Those apps are designed for people who are eating a typical Western diet, not for people in ketosis.
