This keto diet, for me, has been the best thing since sliced bread.
For 3 years I could not get rid of my pot belly no matter how hard I tried.
Exercise, low calories, and I even had a professional dietitian (through my doctor) giving me advise at my appointments to consume a normal level of carbs.
Now, four months on keto with a strict daily diet of 1800 Calories (160g Fat, 90g Protein), my pot belly has completely disappeared (33lbs) and my blood glucose readings are immaculate.
I have never suffered once of hunger and I feel as if I am going to wake up and see it was all a dream.
I have avoided carbs like the plague and will continue this diet forever.
