To eat or not to eat: dinner

Hi all! So here’s my question: yes, yes, I know I keep asking stuff and mourning for my misfortune (read stall) and I’ll probably keep on doing that because nobody in my family seems to be remotely interested in taking bloating v/s whey protein as a serious concern. It was to me though. And thanks to this forum, I get to share my concerns and receive immediate feedback.
If i’m overtly hungry then I’m probably not fat adapted. I did OMAD today and didn’t feel hungry. But if I do crave dinner, in 2MAD, when would be the last time I may eat? How long before going to bed?

I have a 6 hour window, it’s almost at 4 now lol ( 2-6 )
12noon to 6pm
I do NOT eat breakfast or food prior to noon
Just black coffee

If it’s 2MAD OR OMAD…then my body will help😁

Majority it’s OMAD
Today, however I ate at 130pm, then at 430pm

My personal 2 rules ( for me )

  1. no food prior to 12 noon
  2. and I do NOT eat after 6pm
    There a couple odd occasions

If I would recommend for you
Perhaps stop your 2nd meal by 8pm at the VERY latest
Then bed prob 3 hours after that

Thanks I’m doing OMAD again. For me it’s lunch, and yes, no meal before 1 p.m… I’m usually more hungry in the morning, so even if I’m eating two meals, I’ll probably eat a little snack and then lunch.
