To cheat or not to cheat

(Ron D. Garrett) #1

YOU have to make a choice today.

To “cheat” or not to “cheat”?..that’s the proverbial question.

I challenge you to realize that when you first set your goals to lose weight and/or get healthy that cheating wasn’t a part of the equation and shouldn’t be a part of it now.

You have to make a conscious choice to cheat yourself in order to cheat but never expect me to go along with your choice to cheat yourself…I can’t…no I won’t because your goals are too important to me and you are WORTH ACHIEVING THEM!!!

I understand that the road to weight loss/better health is a tough one but if you could only see what I see in you…if you only knew what I know that you can do you would realize that you are tougher than ANY temptation that you will ever face.

I believe in you so believe in yourself and if you have went down that “cheating road” stop the car, get out, dust that mess off, start again recalling your original goals, get back in the car, and continue on the journey without condemnation.

YOU CAN DO THIS!!!

YOU ARE WORTH THIS!!!

YOU ARE CAPABLE!!!

Be blessed today and know that you are never alone on this journey.

Keep calm and keto on dear friend!

I ate some hash browns at ihop yesterday. The omelette I ordered had some hash browns inside of it too. Did I “cheat?” …I guess so but oh well. I was out of town and visiting with some old friends so it was a special occasion. I could have ate worse things. :stuck_out_tongue:

I don’t consider that cheating. When we eat out that stuff is going to happen at times and like you I just move on no big deal as it is anlife not a diet.

Yeah, I agree. Plus I can afford to have some more carbs, I’m getting too skinny. :stuck_out_tongue:
