Looking for some tips on changing things up. I have been Keto for the last 7 months and have lost around 60 pounds, but lately I have been in a drawn out stall. I have another 50ish pounds I want to loose and want to get the weight loss in high gear again.
Ideas I am toying with:
- Zero Carb
- Switching from 1 meal to 2 meals a day to increase calories and hopefully boost metabolism (16/8 IF)
- Tracking macros (currently lazy keto)
- Dropping non-caloric sweeteners
- Exersize
- Some combination of some or all of these
Suggestions?
