I have been doing keto for about 6 weeks and the last 8 to 10 days, my arms, hands legs and feet have been tingling. Like really bad. In fact my vision was also suffering. I have been trying so hard to figure this out. I am taking vitamin B1 which Dr. Berg talks about… I took 900mg to try to shake it out, I took a multi vitamin, B complex, electrolytes, Potassium/magnesium, Nutritional yeast, electrolyte pills. I was determined to get rid of it. Nothing. Maybe I felt 10% better. Maybe.
I went to the doctor this morning and they took blood tests. I won’t know till later this week what the results are.
Lastly, I talked to my sister about 5pm this evening, who is also doing keto and she said that I needed more salt intake. She said drink bone broth, add 1/2 tsp of salt and a little butter. I now feel 70% better.
I am still tingling but I feel like I can function. The tingling is more manageable and more in the background.
Tingling hands and feet also arms and legs

Continue this to see if it resolves. You’re taking a lot of supplements. Salt and staying hydrated may be all you need.

@Almastardust I have not experienced this but, if you click on the search and type tingling it will come up with a number of related threads with more info. You are not alone.
