I’ve wanted one of the mechanical balance scales like they used to have at the doctors offices (some of them still do) where you slide the little weights to the place that balances at your weight. Unfortunately, they’re not cheap, so at the moment, it’s the cheap Walmart scale that I sorta pay attention to but don’t get too excited if it’s off in one direction or another than I’m not expecting.
Time for a new scale?

Those scales are great! They totally ignore all your old tricks and don’t ever change idea.

Rather than spend your money on a scale, spend it on a nice ribeye and screw the scale completely. We can fluctuate heavily throughout the week. Anything less than 10lbs isn’t worth caring about. Better off buying something to measure bodyfat like this

Mine has always been within 2% of my BodPod readings.
