Tic tacs are the devil

Yes I know they have sugar but I thought a little here and there would be fine. They are evil! They suck you in and kick you out…of ketosis. A friend said 0 carbs now I realize I should have paid more attention but, I was weak. I am paying for it much harder time getting back into ketosis than before . Didnt gain but seriously my stomachs feels awful. The torture of the tic tac!

Little things like breath mints or fruit flavored antacids can unwittingly reek havoc on your best efforts if not careful.

Why would someone need breath mints or antacids?

I have only eaten real food for the last five months!

Tic-tacs are sugar, it’s the main ingredient.

Tic Tac ® mints do contain sugar as listed in the ingredient statement. However, since the amount of sugar per serving (1 mint) is less than 0.5 grams, FDA labeling requirements permit the Nutrition Facts to state that there are 0 grams of sugar per serving.”
