I want it known, I am starting the instagram hashtag #throwsomefatonit. I couldn’t find any other posts with that hashtag and I used that phrase in the forums earlier today. I think ita catchy way to remember to add fat to things for energy, not exceeding protein needs, and helping others see new ways to get in that fat. Join me! #throwsomefatonit
