I saw a couple of high carb low fat gurus in the trailer. No thanks. It gets tiring.

I haven’t watched yet, saw this on Erin Elizabeth’s site she is dating Dr. Mercola who advocates a high fat low carb diet so expected it to be the same.

Maybe I spoke too soon. If I did, someone correct me.

I remember seeing McDougall, and the dude with no hair that just did a horrible and half-truth review of the keto way of eating. Maybe there are other good guys that balance it out, don’t know.

I’ve spent too many wasted hours on McDougall already.

Interesting… I saw this being advertised on Facebook. Couldn’t help but mention that a keto diet was how I saw healthy eating. My comment was quickly deleted.

Whatever…

I commented the same, wonder if my comment was deleted also?

I watched the first three episodes on facebook a few months ago.
Jason Fung was included but his part had obviously been heavily edited.
Then Barnard and Greger were featured and it turned into a bit of a WFPB thing so I gave up.
I found it a bit overly dramatic in the way that those videos trying to sell you something were.
I will admit I stopped after about 10 minutes of the third one and when I went back to re-watch it wanted to charge me.

I got sucked into this docuseries and knew in the first episode they were going to tout a Vegan diet when I saw Ocean Robbins. I watched the second episode, which aired yesterday, and at about the hour mark, they started slamming high fat, carnivore, dairy and eggs and then ranted on the keto diet being a fad diet and that no long term studies have been done on keto. They concluded that keto gives brittle bones and that children with epilepsy are taken off keto because of brittle bones. Not until episode 4 are they going to tell you how to reverse diabetes. Joel Furman, Michael Gregor, and that bald guy someone else mentioned are the main speakers. Also, they slammed Dr. Atkins saying he was in it for the money because he died with $100M in the bank. I thought that it might be good because Dr. Jason Fung was part of it, and Dr. Mercola, but as mentioned, their parts are drastically edited.
