This is some news. Totally awesone
Direct from this article …
“Further to all this, the wording of the document clearly implies that there is no harm in Gary, nor any other health professional in Australia, recommending Low Carb Healthy Fat principles…”
This could have some significant ramifications, in multiple ways. It’s great for LCHF (and the overall decision is great for Gary Fettke, obviously), but could well open doors for others as well, which the industries involved will obviously exploit.
the bounce back should be organized to yield cash.
If Gary has financial institutions and media to support him he could establish a very useful health network which can be good to the public health and to his pocket.
Wonderful news indeed, the answer to lots of prayers.
I suspect that the most important thing for Dr. Fettke is that he will now be able to start helping patients with a ketogenic diet again. The most egregious part of the original decision for me was the bit about “inappropriately reversing patients’ Type II diabetes,” instead of cutting their feet off, like a good little surgeon. I hope that Dr. Fettke can recover quickly from the strain of these past few years. I can’t imagine how hard it’s been for him. I bet he’ll really enjoy being able to speak out again.
IIn reading the article I could not help but think that this could actually be a small tidal wave that grows in support of LCHF diets and our WOE/WOL
I hope this significant tidal wave spreads to other continents. I pray for Gary Fettke, his family and patients that they recover from this wrong and prosper.
Basically I hope he sues them for as much as possible.
