most zero carb carnivores avoid mushrooms in any sort of vegetables or plant matter other than possibly a little spices, although I personally can’t tolerate even that. All I use is salt on my meat. A lot of us are very sensitive to plants. A ketogenic diet has plants in it but carnivore diet usually doesn’t have any. Some people use hot sauce or even a little bit of mayonnaise, but it seems that as they go further on in this way of eating that they tend to drop those out as well. Just a suggestion if you’re not getting the results that you’re looking for maybe just try meat and water only for 30 days?

Apparently you can make meatloaf with bacon rinds as the binder. I’ve never tried it, but there are recipes all over the Internet. I used to use crushed bacon rinds as a breading for pork cutlets, etc. Fantastic!
