I just ate 4 deep fried chicken wings. And I didn’t mess up my diet. I’m so happy about that. You see, until 4 days ago I was counting calories so I wouldn’t even think of eating any fried foods. But wow. I felt very restricted and irritable about the new diet until today. Those of you who recommended electrolytes. I got some today and I am feeling a lot better than I was this morning. I’m in a great mood. Full of energy and happy. sorry I just had to post this bc I’m sure y’all will understand. My boyfriend thinks I shouldn’t have ate the chicken wings bc of all the fat…But oh well. It’s zero carb so I did it. No regrets here

But, I understand where you are coming from … the first time I asked if the dressing for my salad was “full fat” the waitress looked at me like I was an alien lol… and maybe I am… I hail from the planet Keto, in the Ketogenic constellation …

Giggle, isn’t that the truth. DH wanted to trim the fat from some meat I cooked yesterday and I told him the fat and all is going in the dish. He was not to pleased.
