good morning everyone!
hope everyone is having a great Monday so far. does anyone experience what the up and downs like I am? i loose 5lbs and by the third day I’m up 3 or 4 with out cheating on my diet. I wonder what could i be doing different:thinking: ok so here is a little more history about me
i started Keto 02/2018 starting weight 196 as of today i’m at 182. last weekend i was down to 178 and puff without know what I did different i gained 4 lbs. I’m 43 years old. My typical day consist of the following
fat coffee
scramble eggs with bacon
for lunch some kind of protein (meats) with avocado
dinner pretty much of the same some days i have more of the fat coffee. I drink plenty of water, i eat less than the 10g of carbs daily. I check my ketosis level with the ketone monitor with blood my level averages 0.6 the highest is ever been is 1.5. Am i the only one that this is happening to?
