The 'Truth' and why low carb ketogenic eaters can't handle it

I found the subtleties in this image by David Shrigley to be powerful.

For some reason I hear Mary Poppins in my head singing the song about taking the medicine.

Always check the ingredients of what people are selling as sustenance, I think.

Please, let us don berets and discuss art. We all know nutritional ketosis is as much art as it is science.

This is a very simple truth. I would expect glucose syrup AND sugar. And maybe all the sweeteners I can’t stand
This simple one was popular in my childhood (with some flavorings, colorings and whatnots). Nostalgic…

Checking ingredients are useful and powerful though not always. If I WANT to eat some processed thing, I don’t read them as I put it back about 100% of the time if I do. I am a bit choosy about my ingredients, that’s why I buy ingredients since a decade and very exceptionally something else. (Fine, I have a mustard with erythritol I use often. I just can’t master the art of making good mustard. But I don’t give up. I give up my mustard first I guess.)

Truth… watered down and sweetened.

I feel like I can safely post this here now that I scared everyone away with art discussion.

No HFCS so truth can’t be too bad for you (depending on water source.)
