I’m doing a higher protein lower fat keto and seeing results but this a snap shot on what my blood was on full fat keto!

My fat sources are cholesterol free now and only getting fats from very lean meats,avacado,100% dark chocolate and lots and lots of low carb
Nuts. No sugar,No starch ,No fruit,no dairy,no grain,no potato,many veggies

Still eating 30< carbs sometimes twice as less

*note I eat 3000> cal a day since I am a distance and runner and train hard!

Nice! Wonder if you’ve read any Dr. Phinney or Dr. Volek books on keto - Dr. Phinney has done a lot of studying on Keto athletes. Keep up the great work!
