The last pounds - getting enough calories?

Hello everyone!

I’m a 21 years old girl - 5’6…

I only have the last 10-11lbs to loose and I have been stalling a little bit lately… (again)
I want to ask you guys what TDEE calculator is the best one to use?
I want to start tracking my calories again to make sure I’m getting (enough) food…

Have you guys any experience with eating at maintenance and still lose weight and how did you lose the last 10-15 pounds?

Damn I’m so tired of these last pounds…

I’m at a maintenance I guess🤔
Once I did get Leaner, I did up my Fat intake :smiley:
I crave fat…closer to 80% sometimes
When I do really take a look at the calories , I am eating more. I’m not counting, it just works out that way
Weight is the same.
Feeling great
Lots of energy

Interesting though …humm
I may try eat less as a new experiment :smile:
I am curious for me at my least, if in fact I will see weight loss if doing so
Not even a goal of mine. I just like to trick and play games w my body. Lol

I’m slowly losing the last few pounds, only turned to keto 2 months ago to shake things up, I’d done ADF before that. I’m mixing up the FDs- some ADF & then last week 2x 48 hrs instead to keep it up. Good luck!
