I only have the last 10-11lbs to loose and I have been stalling a little bit lately… (again)
I want to ask you guys what TDEE calculator is the best one to use?
I want to start tracking my calories again to make sure I’m getting (enough) food…
Have you guys any experience with eating at maintenance and still lose weight and how did you lose the last 10-15 pounds?
Damn I’m so tired of these last pounds…
