Think I’ll pass on that. If I’m going to have carbs they’re going to be better tasting than that

(Brian) #3

Why not just make keto-friendly versions of stuff?

#4

Pringles used to be a staple in my household. I drew a line in the sand when they stopped going on sale for $1 a can.

So true!
Haha
Same here

None, of that 3 for $5 :rage:
Those fools
Nope…

Pringles… I remember it being a big deal when they came out. Late 1960s or early 1970s - I was a kid…

(Brian) #7

Yup, they were in my lunch box many a day.

Mom meant well… but oh, the carbage…

(Chris) #8

I’ll just have the drumstick and the carnivore deviled eggs I’m bringing. Thanks for the suggestion but probably not the best place for it.

(Hyperbole- best thing in the universe!) #9

Pretty sure he was kidding.

(Chris) #10

Ah, then sorry. Long day.

I kinda failed to grasp the humor initially, too. But it finally did sink in. LOL!

Thanks to those who knew but didn’t throw stones…

A few of the pounds of fat I own (on my body) are likely because we hosted an Italian exchange student last year and he loved Pringles. I couldn’t not eat them, right? That was definitely pre-keto.

I got back at him a bit with these.

#13

Oh I gotta hear this. How do you make them???

(Chris) #14

We made baconnaise, it’s bacon grease, lemon squeeze (not an animal, but delish), egg yolk, sea salt. Used an electric hand mixer. Still need to test it with the actual eggs but we have some time.
