I just wanted to thank everyone on the forum for all the advice and time you people have given me over the past 6 months. I haven’t been eating keto half as long as most of you but I have learnt a lot. My journey started at Xmas last year , I believe was around the time I first got myself into ketosis and broke it Xmas day with some beers and ate what ever I wanted , and then returned to keto woe. I haven’t been strict the whole time but at least between 80-90% at a guess and went from 87kg to 75kg today. It just shows how effective this way of eating really is. I’m at a cross roads with working out and not eating carbs so I’m going to do some experimenting and will be sure to let those interested know what happens. Ive found myself not logging on for long periods while I’m getting pulled in other directions , so I just wanted to say thanks to everyone , what a great bunch of people you are.
