My father is T2D with high triglycerides and high blood pressure. I got him to read Keto Clarity and thought things were good until he mentioned this great new high protein diet. I decided he needed some coaching. I brought him The Art and Science of Low-Carbohydrate Living and told him to get MyFitnessPal. His BG has dropped from the 120s down to the 90s so far and he’s lost almost 20lbs in the first 3 weeks. He also noticed his blood pressure dropping along with the glucose.
