Yes, wheat is a drug - esp when combined w/ luxuriant gluttony. The most elite Egyptians and various meditarraneans lounged around and ate lots of wheat and fruit.

Grain Brain is real - even with heirloom Einkhorn wheat if one doesn’t keep to the tiny portions of historical peasants that considered protein the main event.

My Wife made this the other day with side of cauliflower rice, Mixed nice with the sauce

we didnt use the wine or lemon juice

Ah-with lemon butter sauce. The butter makes it look creamy. Scallops are tricky. If you cook them too much they get hard. If you cook them too little they are like raw inside. You have to get them juuuuust right so they are tender inside but also cooked through. I dont think I can even master them- but I bet I could make this with some other kind of fish. :grin:
( And I also adore cauliflower rice…)
