One packet per2oz container of water. At least 10min (I’m guessing) of time to dissolve the sweetener. The far right container had plain take water.

I’m planning on running it again.

Is the lo and hi ketones, or blood glucose impact?

Its just the glucose reading. I assumed I would only get a “lo” reading on all of them.

I plan to include sugar in the next round, and to try the “pure via” with 2, 4, 6, and 8oz of water, to see if I can get something other than “hi”
