Sweating like a fire hose - what gives?!?

I’m trying to figure out what’s causing this. I’ve been totally Keto for about a year now. Not sure when the sweating started - so many changes when I first started keto, not sure if it was present then, or started later.
I eat, and about a hour later I get a sweaty hot flash. I lay down to go to sleep, a few minutes later a hot flash. I get up at night to pee, hot flash. Sit down to watch tv at night…and sometimes for no reason I can figure, hot flash.
And then times like this morning, stacking firewood. Not just a hot flash, but the whole time sweat literally running down my face, dripping into my eyes, fogging up my sunglasses… it’s warm outside, about 75F. But not enough to warrant this sprinkler erupting from my forehead.
It seems to be mostly my face that sweats like this. Not to be too graphic, but I’d say a normal amount of pit sweat, under-boob sweat, palms, feet, etc, for the work I’m doing.
And I’ve never had this happen pre-Keto. Just normal sweating. And I’m well past any menopausal hot flashes as well. It’s a good thing I work from home…
Any ideas? Anybody else experiencing this?

Well… I can’t say from experience, but can say from seeing my mother:

Hot flashes can come and go. She had them for years, they stopped and she thought she was out of the water. About a month ago, they started up again. No medical reason, just that she’s post-menopausal. Doc said bummer, but there’s not much we can do.

TL/DR version is that I’d talk to your doc, but I don’t know what they can do for you.
