Hey all. I was just curious if there are any supplements I SHOULD be taking on keto? I find even with electrolytes I still don’t feel that great. Currently on day 25.

I put a little magnesium citrate and vitamin D in my water bottle daily. I get plenty of salt

Day 25? This doesn’t jive with “When I began Keto: May 2019”. So which is it? It makes a yuge difference to the possible answers to your question. If you’re really just on day 25 then you’re probably experiencing carb withdrawal. If you’ve been eating keto since May last year, that’s not likely what’s going on.
