Is there a specific vitamin or micronutrient you’re trying to get more of? Between the two, it seems like a few vitamins are covered, but then you’re also just taking in a bunch of “powder” that doesn’t necessarily do anything.
I can’t imagine there’s lot of sugar within the fruit powder, I’m just curious what purpose it serves.
I’ll be interested in seeing what the experts say, I’m certainly not.
I have taken these since before this WOE. I always thought I needed more fruit and vegetables in my diet. Now that I know this is false, I’m wondering if I should stop these. I could save the money and buy more bacon, yummy.
BTW, I also take 30 mg of methylfolate and 2500 mg of natural krill oil and a calcium, magnesium and zinc supplement. Anything else people would recommend?
