Hi everyone! I’m new to the forum. I’m 21 an I started keto 1 month and a half ago and still adapting.
I’ve a concern about rice flour contained as “other ingredients” in a supplement I’ve bought (not sure if as filler or bulking agent).
Should I have be worried about its interactions with ketosis even if in small amounts? I haven’t already took the supplement.
Thanks in adv.

I’ve used supplements with this same filler added and didn’t have any problems, I’m guessing because of the amounts being so small.

So I won’t worry about it.

In this supplement there are (as “other ingredients”) : rice flour, gelatin, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

gelatin is the capsule, silicone dioxide is anti-clumping, rice flour is a filler, and I think magnesium stearate is a filler / anti-caking agent too.
